  • All products will leave Abernethy Butter in 100% condition
  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the following procedure:
    • Take a photograph of the defective item
    • Send it to allison@abernethybutter.com along with a reason for your complaint
    • Abernethy Butter will contact you to make suitable arrangements regarding your complaint
  • All items are delivered via Tracked Mail.  If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timescale, please email allison@abernethybutter.com quoting your Order Number
